Our story

How the workshop works

Since 2022, the workshop has focused on straightforward bicycle care that helps riders keep their bikes in regular use.

Founder Matías González built Cycle Haven around a simple service flow: intake, mechanical inspection, approval, repair, and quality check.

That process helps keep each job organized and makes it easier to separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance.

We also offer walk-in puncture assessment and extended workshop hours to fit busy routines when possible.

What we value

A good workshop visit should be simple to arrange, easy to understand, and focused on the work your bicycle actually needs.

We start with a safety inspection or tune-up review so the bicycle condition is understood before any work is approved.
